The site presents BYS Consultora's services, publishes active job searches, and offers forms for candidates to leave us their CV and for companies to send us an inquiry. The site is informational: no content constitutes a contractual offer, whether of employment or of services.

3. Applications and talent pool

• Sending us your CV or applying to a search does not guarantee an interview, a reply, or a job. We assess profiles according to the requirements of each process.
• Published searches may be modified, paused, or closed at any time without prior notice, even if you have already applied.
• The information for each search (location, work arrangement, requirements) is indicative and may be adjusted during the process.
• Our services are free for candidates. We will never ask you for money to take part in a selection process; if someone does so in our name, it's a scam: let us know at info@bysconsultora.com.

4. Your responsibility when using the forms

• The information you send must be truthful, current, and your own. Don't send third-party data without their authorization.
• The site is intended for people over 18.
